Open Box Terms & Conditions
We are one of few home fragrancing companies that offer this service. This service allows you to place multiple orders over a period of time to combine together once you are ready to receive your order – saving you multiple postage charges. When using this service, you fully agree to the terms and conditions below.
You will keep your open box active.
We do not expect weekly orders, but any orders not updated within 6 months will fall dormant. After 6 months, you will be contacted to ask if you’d like your open box sending. If no contact is received after this time, your order will be forfeited with no refund. This is to ensure that our products are received during their optimal quality period.
Returns & refunds on open box items.
As a lot of our customers build their open boxes over time, it is common for orders to contain products launched specifically during different seasons. Therefore, we recommend having open boxes dispatched every THREE WEEKS to make the most of seasonal products. Any items in open boxes that elapse past the 3 week mark from ordering date will not be eligible for return or refund. This is to ensure that the product is still resalable if returned, during the appropriate seasonal period. It is not the companies responsibility to keep track of these items. If any items are returned due to change of mind, it is the customers responsibility to cover postage fees. We recommend sending returns by a fully tracked service with appropriate insurance. It is not the companies liability for any lost or damaged returns. Once received, all items will be inspected that they are in full, unused condition. When items pass inspection, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Any items that do not pass inspection will be rejected and the buyer is to pay any additional postage charge to receive the items back. If no contact is made to cover any additional postage cost, the items will fall back into an open box and be kept for 6 months before being forfeited.
Custom items.
Open boxes can contain custom items. Custom items will be completed upon closure of the open box. This is to ensure optimal product quality upon receipt. Custom items do fall into a 10 working day turnaround, though this is usually sooner.
